C24 Kitchen Club members are placed into a level on the basis of their total spend over the last 12 months including vat & taking into account any returns.
If a member has spent enough in a 12 month period to move up a level, we'll immediately move them up and let them know via email and in their account, the prices when you next login will automatically change to the new level pricing. The member will then remain in that tier for a minimum of 12 months.
Yes.
To be part of the C24 Kitchen Club you must order online. Only orders placed online count towards your spend to move up the tiers. Orders placed by phone, email or purchase order do not contribute to your spend in the Kitchen Club.
If you are in Mint, Rosemary or Saffron and place an order over the phone, email or purchase order you will Basil prices so its important to order online.

We do not charge a subscription fee to members. To become a member you just need to join by creating an account. All previous accounts created prior to the launch of C24 Kitchen Club will automatically be enrolled with the evaluation date starting from the launch date.
Yes, once a member has been in a level for 12 months, we'll re-evaluate their total spend for the preceding 12 months and either keep them in the same level for the next 12 months or move them down according to their spend.
Each level describes the spending ranges required to meet the level. The higher the level, the more discount you can earn.
Below is an example of the member's journey:
We have a member who joins by opening an account, at this point, they are immediately given 20% off our regular prices before placing their first order. They will be in Level 1 Basil, they spend £500 on their first order.
A month later, they spent an additional £2000. As soon as they complete their purchase, they will be moved into the Level 2 Mint because their total spend in the last 12 months is now £2,500.
Even though it has only been 2 months we automatically move you up the level to gain a discount faster, you don't need to wait for the 12 month evaluation for moving up levels.

Our products are the type businesses require every week or month and we have built the levels and spend ranges around this. For example, we sell products as basic as toilet rolls and every business requires at least some products we sell every week.

We understand that the catering industry can be seasonal for many members. Making it 12 months will iron out those seasonalities so your business can benefit most from the discounts when you really need them and are not penalised for having a seasonal business.

If you find yourself in this scenario we would first ask, does the competitor offer the convenience of ordering by 9pm for next day delivery, free delivery, real person customer support, and service to your business that you need? Price is important, but we need to look a the overall partnership between supplier and customer.
If the product has a good volume and is a deciding factor for you to move your business to us then we can look at doing an individual product price for your account only. For us to do this, we need from you the following:
Any individual prices given to customers are not permanent, price increases in the future whilst rare can occur.
We understand that our levels may not suit every business or in some cases are not fast enough to earn the level you believe your business to be.
Our Customer Service and Sales Team are on hand to support you. For those businesses that demonstrate that they are buying from a competitor, their spend would meet a higher level than they are on if they moved the business to us we are able to agree on a manual change to a higher level so you are able to enjoy the higher discounts available on our products.
Please note, the 12 months evaluation will still automatically happen. In the case that you say you spend more than £7,200 per 12 months and you spend less, your membership will expire and be calculated to the appropriate level.
